Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Real Estate Advisor role for our PA, NJ or NY team. The Commercial Real Estate Advisor will prospect and build a pipeline of owners, tenants, and investors through networking, calls, meetings, and community involvement. Responsibilities include conducting market research and property tours, preparing presentations, proposals, and financial analyses, and advising clients on leasing, acquisition, disposition, and investment strategies. The role involves coordinating and negotiating terms with clients and counterparties, in collaboration with senior advisors and leadership, to support successful transactions. The advisor will also maintain accurate CRM records, support marketing efforts for listings, attend team meetings, and help strengthen WCRE’s presence in the regional market. Qualifications Strong client-facing and relationship-building abilities, with proven Customer Service skills and a professional communication style. Foundational knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate markets, including property types, leasing, and investment concepts. Understanding of Real Property fundamentals, such as valuation, ownership structures, and basic legal/financial terminology. Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation support, and closing techniques. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience. High level of self-motivation, integrity, and accountability, with the ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (or Google Workspace), CRM tools, and basic financial modeling in Excel. Real estate license in Pennsyvania, New Jersey or New York (or willingness and eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe). Familiarity with the Greater Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey or NY Metro market is a plus, along with prior experience in brokerage, banking, or related fields. #J-18808-Ljbffr WCRE | CORFAC International
