I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served in the United States Marine Corps and later worked as a State Farm team member. Outside of work, you'll usually find me cheering on sports teams or spending time with my family. Giving back is important to our agency. We proudly support our local food pantry and believe in making a positive impact in the community we serve. I can teach the skills - I just need someone with the right attitude and work ethic. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Ryan Meyer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
