Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting K-5 students in a collaborative educational setting near Rainier, OR. This is a full-time, contract position offering a dynamic caseload and a supportive team environment. You’ll work across three school sites—a large shared campus with another SLP and SLPA support, a smaller school also with SLPA support, and a very small charter school—ensuring variety in your day-to-day experience. The service load is approximately 80 students, with a direct caseload under 40, so you’ll have ample time to deliver impactful interventions.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Oregon SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) is mandatory
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Ability to collaborate with SLPA and school teams
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication services to K-5 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and participate in eligibility meetings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff
• Utilize your expertise to supervise and mentor SLPAs, as needed
• Maintain timely service records and compliance with school standards

Start date is as soon as possible, with the position running through June 18, 2027. You’ll work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, and earn between $50 and $55 per hour, paid weekly.
