Step into a rewarding contract role designed for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) eager to make a genuine impact. This full-time position for the 2026–2027 school year serves K–5th grade students and promises a collaborative environment with meaningful support. You’ll oversee services for approximately 80–85 students, working primarily at one main site and also providing expertise at a local charter school. With a highly qualified full-time SLPA to assist, you’ll have the chance to focus on the most essential aspects of clinical practice and team leadership.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Valid SLP-CCC certification required
• Previous school-based experience preferred, especially with elementary populations
• Strong understanding of evaluation tools, therapy approaches, and IEP processes
• Ability to lead and actively participate in IEP meetings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience providing supervision to SLPAs or similar support staff is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for referred students
• Develop and implement effective, individualized IEPs
• Lead IEP meetings and serve as a subject matter expert for families and staff
• Deliver direct therapy services to K–5 students, adapting strategies to diverse learning needs
• Supervise and mentor a full-time SLPA in daily tasks and professional development
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other providers across two school environments
