Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:45 PM | No Weekends
Compensation: Guaranteed weekly salary + GP bonus | OTE $80K–$100K

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and serve as the main point of contact throughout their repair experience
• Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate recommended services
• Coordinate between technicians and customers to ensure smooth workflow and transparency
• Present estimates, explain repairs, and build trust with customers
• Manage vehicle status updates, timelines, and delivery expectations
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from drop-off to pickup

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in automotive service advising or customer-facing automotive roles preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Must pass background check and drug test; clean driving record required
