Position Music Expert — AI Evaluation & Annotation (Generative Music) Type Contract Compensation $30–$65/hour Location Remote Role Responsibilities Evaluate AI-generated music by labeling preferences between tracks based on dimensions like faithfulness, audio fidelity, and musicality. Write schema-consistent music captions detailing genre, style, instrumentation, structure, key, tempo, and production era. Align lyrics by marking start/end timings, correcting transcripts, and flagging pronunciation issues. Collaborate asynchronously and independently to transform subjective musical quality into actionable data. Participate in short calibration sessions (Rubric Academy) before staffing. Qualifications Must-Have Trained musician with strong critical listening skills across multiple genres and languages. Ability to articulate whether outputs are faithful, well-produced, and on-spec. Comfort with applying structured rubrics and writing clear justifications. Preferred Experience in production/mixing, formal music theory, or multilingual lyric fluency.
