Murgado Automotive Group is currently seeking an energetic and customer-focused Automotive BDC Representative for our Mercedes-Benz store in Laguna Niguel to join our dynamic team. As a BDC Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting with customers, generating leads, and scheduling appointments to drive business to our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound inquiries from customers via phone, email, and online chat in a prompt and professional manner.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide information about our products and services.
• Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to follow up on leads and schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle purchases.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, appointments, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty.
• Stay informed about our inventory, promotions, and dealership events to effectively communicate information to customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the retail automotive industry (for example, car sales, sales BDC department, dealership receptionist, service BDC department, etc).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone, email, and online chat.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions.
• High level of motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for customers.

$60,000 - $100,000 a year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick) etc.
