Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM Manager- Fan Engagement Marketing to join the Marketing Center of Excellence. This role will focus on executing personalized, omni-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and onsite/app channels.

The CRM Manager will work closely with Marketing, Data & Analytics, Digital Media, and external agencies/vendors to develop and optimize campaigns that improve customer/fan engagement and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute marketing journeys from strategy review through deployment across email, SMS, push, onsite, and app channels.
Define campaign requirements including audience, channels, flighting, and measurement.
Optimize campaign targeting, timing, and performance using data and analytics.
Manage campaign calendars, digital assets, deadlines, risks, and project deliverables.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Communicate campaign results and coordinate follow-up actions and improvements.
Support marketing automation, personalization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience .
Strong CRM and digital marketing experience.
Strong understanding of marketing technology, personalization, data platforms, analytics, and marketing orchestration.
Experience with marketing automation and digital transformation.
Strong project and time management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
