In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls, processing orders, managing shipping and receiving tasks, and performing basic office duties. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently handle incoming customer calls with a focus on excellent customer service. Process and manage orders accurately and in a timely manner. Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure smooth logistics. Perform basic office duties to support the overall administrative functions of the company. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience with SAP software is a strong plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
