Physician - Spinal Cord Injury

Job Title
The position involves providing day-to-day medical care to individuals with spinal cord injury (SCI) and related disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Responsibilities also include supervising Rutgers New Jersey Medical School students, residents, and fellows. Applicants must hold a current, unrestricted license in any state and demonstrate excellent diagnostic and interpersonal skills, a commitment to team building, and strong aptitude for leadership, educational development, and research.
VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package. Pay: Competitive salary. Insurance: May be eligible for Health Insurance and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) if expected to work over 130 hours per month for 90 days. Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory. Malpractice: Free liability protection with tail coverage provided. Contract: No Physician Employment Contract and no significant restriction on moonlighting. Work Schedule: This position has no set tour hours; work is scheduled based on clinical demand and the employee is compensated only for hours actually worked.
