Note: Candidates must have 4+ years of personal injury attorney experience and be admitted to the New Jersey bar. Job Description Handle plaintiff-side personal injury matters from active litigation through resolution, managing files with urgency and organization Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, and a full range of litigation documents Take and defend depositions across a varied personal injury caseload Appear in court for conferences, hearings, and motion practice Develop case strategy, evaluate liability and damages, and drive matters toward strong outcomes Collaborate closely with clients, experts, medical providers, and internal team members throughout the life of the case Prepare cases for trial and actively support trial strategy as needed Maintain strong client communication and manage expectations with professionalism and empathy Qualifications 4+ years of personal injury attorney experience (plaintiff-side strongly preferred) Admitted to practice in New Jersey Strong litigation skills, including drafting, depositions, and courtroom appearances Ability to manage a caseload independently while thriving in a team environment Excellent written, verbal, and client communication skills Trial preparation experience is a plus Spanish language skills are a plus Why You Will Love Working Here This is a firm where purpose, performance, and people all matter.
