Recruiter - Legal Contract: 5+ months with possible extensions Client: Fortune 500 Location: Seattle, WA Pay rate: $60.00-62.00/hr on w2 Job Summary Independently sources and identifies talent pipelines for critical roles within the Legal and/or Public Policy space. Requires an ability to calibrate with hiring teams to understand profiles and build pipelines of quality candidates to fill open positions. Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment. Required Experience May require a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, prior recruiting experience in the Legal industry is preferred. Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
