Job Summary QuadMed is hiring a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to join our Kohl's clinic in DeSoto, TX . Work with a team-oriented staff to provide quality care to Kohl's employees and their dependents. Schedule 40 hours/wk JOB REQUIREMENTS Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience Ability to work independently Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Active and unrestricted applicable licensure Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire NPI & DEA Current National Board Certification May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location.
