Technical Sourcer

Join a high-impact technical sourcing team helping build world-class talent pipelines for a fast-moving AI organization. This role partners closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to identify, engage, and support exceptional candidates across engineering, infrastructure, and AI/ML disciplines.
Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality technical talent at scale
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to understand role requirements, team needs, and candidate fit
• Support hiring for technical functions such as product engineering, infrastructure, security-focused engineering, IT support, GRC, and third-party risk-related areas
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume and evergreen roles
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align sourcing efforts with broader hiring priorities
• Use modern sourcing approaches and tools to find and connect with qualified talent
• Contribute ideas for creative and non-traditional pipeline-building strategies
• Stay current on sourcing best practices, hiring trends, and innovations that improve recruiting outcomes
• Represent the organization's mission and values positively to candidates throughout the hiring process

Skills

• 5+ years of experience sourcing technical talent, ideally including in-house experience
• Strong background in technical recruiting for engineering, infrastructure, and/or AI/ML roles
• Experience supporting leadership-level and highly specialized technical hiring
• Ability to manage high-volume sourcing needs and shifting priorities
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work through challenges thoughtfully
• Commitment to inclusive, equitable hiring practices
• Familiarity with applicant tracking and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and Gem

Preferred Skills

• Experience building diverse, high-performing teams in a startup or high-growth environment
• Background sourcing talent from fast-paced, mission-driven, or security-conscious organizations
• Experience partnering closely with technical leaders on long-term hiring strategy
• Comfort working in dynamic environments with multiple concurrent priorities
• Interest in artificial intelligence and its potential impact
• Ability to think creatively about sourcing channels, outreach strategies, and talent mapping
