Global Sales Onboarding Lead

IFS in the United States is seeking a Manager of Global Sales Onboarding to lead onboarding transformation across IFS and partner channels. This role drives the 30/60/90+ day onboarding journey, revamps the sales bootcamp, and ensures onboarding aligns with real sales behaviors and business milestones. You will own the strategy and execution of the onboarding program, coaching frontline managers and sellers through ramp, and tracking progress with clear KPIs across multiple regions and time #J-18808-Ljbffr IFS
