Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will embrace a broad range of responsibilities centered around the emotional and mental wellbeing of your clients. Specific tasks include:

• Conducting individual and family therapy sessions to assess client needs and provide tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, managing complex familial dynamics by observing interactions and guiding constructive communication.

• Addresses various issues including alcohol and substance abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and conflicts among family members.

• Developing and implementing treatment plans that align with best practices and the unique circumstances of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of client progress, treatment outcomes, and other essential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participating in continuous professional development and training to stay abreast of emerging practices within the field of marriage and family therapy.

Your work will encompass a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, such as divorce or remarriage. You will also focus on specific challenges faced by blended families, as well as individuals struggling with issues like job stress, medical concerns, or communication barriers. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
