Provide one-on-one therapy in a home setting Implement behavior intervention plans Track data and write progress notes Work collaboratively with the BCBA Supervisor Participate in meaningful work supporting children with Autism and related disorders and their families Requirements Experience working with children High School or Equivalent Education Valid Driver's License Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate technology platforms such as Zoom and Email Reliable transportation/car; bus and Uber are not considered reliable transportation Physically and actively able to participate in all aspects of ABA therapy Ability to assume kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, and standing postures Visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication Availability 4-5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., working 4-5 hours per day within that window Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing one-on-one therapy for children with Autism and related disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans, and effectively tracking progress through data collection and note writing.
