Business Systems Analyst

A large telecom company is looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst to join their team of about 10 BAs to support a large ongoing project.
The company's landscape is changing and the multiple applications they've been supporting for decades are being pulled together into one platform that all of their field technicians will use for scheduling, maintenance, construction, etc.
They are restructuring the team to support this new road map and are looking for a strong BSA to manage this work.
This person will need to be able to elicit requirements from the business and then work with them to strengthen, define and tie to desired outcomes. This team gets under defined requirements a lot, so this role will need to be able to build rapport with the business u to define what is needed. This role will provide very granular detail and clear instructions in user stories in Jira, which their offshore development team will use.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Experience working with end u to define requirements at a very detailed level
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working across multiple industries
