Customer Service Representative
Replogle Globes LLC. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of geographic globes, maps and educational products. We offer a team-oriented environment, hands-on ownership and a supportive management team. We are looking for a professional, outgoing individual who can grow and establish relationships with current and new customers.
Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will conduct inbound and outbound consumer calls to take orders, answer questions and help resolve any issues. You will speak directly with current and prospective customers about Replogle Globes products and order issues via telephone and other communication initiatives. You will advise them of their order’s status, tracking info, product info and any other related issues.
