RECEPTIONIST II (SCHOOL-BASED)
Broward County Public Schools
POSITION GOAL
To perform routine and repetitive work in the operation of a switchboard carrying heavy traffic load in a responsible and accurate manner.
ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program.
- One (1) year of PBX or general office-related experience performing simple highly repetitive or routine duties following defined procedures.
- Knowledge of efficient operation of a PBX switchboard under heavy load conditions; ability to perform basic clerical duties.
- Computer skills as required for the position.
