Chief of Staff

Helium is a fast‑growing AI company focused on self‑improving software. We are looking for a dynamic operations partner to support the CEO in scaling the business. Responsibilities Act as the CEO’s force multiplier, taking on strategic projects and running them end‑to‑end (growth, fundraising, hiring, expansion). Work directly with customers to ensure success, covering onboarding, activation, and support. Build operational infrastructure—processes, automations, and tools—for our next 1,000 customers. Deeply understand our product and continuously propose and document improvements. Lead special projects such as growth initiatives, events, and recruiting that are strategically important. Take decisive actions to help the company 10× revenue over the next three months. Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in a fast‑paced operations environment (startups, consulting, banking, etc.). Proven ability to deliver results—build things, launch game‑changing projects, and impact on tight timelines. Strong organizational skills, able to turn messy problems into structured plans. Exceptional communication skills—clear, persuasive, and able to navigate high‑conflict situations with tact. Creative, proactive, and consistently seeks ways to accelerate work and improve processes. Low ego and willing to tackle tough tasks such as late‑night support tickets or bugs. Bonus Experience in a high‑intensity environment such as consulting, banking, startup, sports, or military.
