Overview Chief of Staff to the SVP, Permanent Full-time job opportunity, San Francisco Bay Area, US. Avataar is a global GenAI visualization company revolutionizing the retail industry with spatial storytelling. Our AI-led Computer Vision platform enables interactive brand experiences and enhanced product discovery. Avataar serves large enterprises and supports a community of AI developers, 3D artists, and agencies. We are looking for a generalist to help with strategy and operations and act as the Chief of Staff to our current SVP of Creative AI. The role will directly impact executions across the creative, marketing, operations, and sales groups. This is a key role in a growing organization with a project horizon of 18 months+ before moving onto another specialization within the global org. Responsibilities Enable and execute strategy and operations across orgs to deliver on larger business objectives as measured and communicated by shared KPIs. Execute on the go-to-market strategy: work with senior leadership to ensure fundraising progress by tracking monthly sales goals and recalibrating as needed. This may involve building data visualizations in HubSpot, proposing and monitoring sales and marketing spend, and developing a content strategy to support branding and sales teams (increasing top-of-funnel activity) and sourcing and managing partnerships. Serve as a bridge between teams: gather information and feedback from Sales and relay it to Product to inform prioritization of new features; ensure Sales has visibility into the product roadmap; create customer-facing materials about Avataar offerings as needed. Travel: occasional international trips to India (1–2 times/year) and more frequent domestic travel (1–2x/quarter) to conferences, industry events, or client offices. Collaborate across Avataar’s global teams to drive impact in a fast-paced startup environment; roll up sleeves and dig into details to optimize retail asset creation and experiences at scale. Who we’re looking for / Qualifications Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to take projects from 0 to 1, proactively clear roadblocks, propose initiatives, and execute them to catalyze progress toward organizational goals. 3–5 years of experience in an execution-oriented role in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to compile large amounts of information into succinct, actionable strategic outcomes.
