• Manage appointment scheduling and patient registration efficiently.
• Handle phone calls and inquiries, providing accurate information to patients.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld.
• Coordinate with medical staff to streamline office operations.
• Process billing and insurance claims accurately.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front office environment.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using office software and medical management systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification is a plus.
