Registered Nurse Circulator

Role Overview This position involves assisting in surgical procedures through scrub and circulating functions, managing instruments, supplies, and patient care before, during, and after surgery. It includes preparing operating rooms, supporting the surgical team with tasks like hemostasis, suturing, and patient positioning, and ensuring proper equipment setup. Key Responsibilities Performing scrub functions by handling instruments and supplies Monitoring and communicating patient condition Assisting surgeons with surgical tasks and patient positioning Preparing operating rooms and surgical equipment Qualifications Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 month of hire Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification within 6 months of hire Registered Nurse licensure from applicable state boards (Minnesota or Wisconsin) or a multi-state/Compact license Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure Preferred Experience Prior CVOR experience is a plus.
