Compliance Manager

The Compliance Manager is responsible for coordinating and monitoring organizational compliance, quality improvement, accreditation readiness, and regulatory requirements. The Compliance Manager serves as a resource to leadership and staff regarding compliance expectations, quality standards, and accreditation requirements.
Monitor key quality indicators, including incidents, grievances, medication errors, client satisfaction, audit findings, and performance measures.
Conduct routine compliance audits of clinical, operational, and administrative processes.
Monitor completion of required compliance, regulatory, and competency-based training.
Review incidents for completeness, trends, and follow-up needs.
Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions resulting from incidents and audits.
Provide compliance education and guidance to managers and staff.
Assist in development and delivery of compliance-related training programs.
Support onboarding activities related to quality, compliance, and accreditation requirements.
Bachelor's degree required in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nursing, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum three (1-3) years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, quality Working knowledge of behavioral health regulations and accreditation standards.
Strong auditing, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data tracking systems, and reporting tools.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
