As Kitchen Manager, you will have a direct impact on food quality, kitchen culture, and restaurant performance. We are looking for a leader who can build a confident team, take initiative, and partner with restaurant leadershipnot simply someone to enforce a checklist.What youll make happen Lead, coach, and develop the kitchen team with clear standards and constructive feedback. Oversee food preparation, consistency, sanitation, and safe food handling. Manage ordering, inventory, food cost, waste, and kitchen labor. Build and adjust kitchen schedules in partnership with restaurant leadership. Improve kitchen workflows, communication, and collaboration with front-of-house teams.What you bring Experience leading a restaurant kitchen or a strong sous chef ready for broader ownership. Practical knowledge of food safety, inventory, labor, and quality control. General Managers and their management teams build their schedules, allowing flexibility to plan for personal commitments while ensuring appropriate coverage.
