For more details, visit are currently seeking a Human Resource Generalist who will be responsible for providing administrative, human resources, and functional support to field HR.ResponsibilitiesReview and approve pre-employment background and MVR results.Partner with managers to maintain accuracy of employment records in HRIS system.Process timecards and export data from HCSS to send to payroll.Act as point of contact to managers with employee relations issues and provide recommendations for disciplinary actions.Assist HR Manager with conducting employee investigations, document, and summarize the findings, and recommend actions.Write and prepare business correspondences such as offer letters, termination letters, employee disciplinary documents, and compliance documents.Compile data from personnel records, and HRIS system to create and analyze data requiring proficient use of excel. Reports could include EEO and Affirmative Action.Provide functional support including trouble shooting benefit and compensation questions, responding to unemployment claims, and conducting exit interviews.Facilitate quarterly HR training to employee population.Coordinate with Regional and Area Field Administrators to conduct on-boarding with new hires at field offices.Review and process employment documents for accuracy and process in a timely manner (Change of Status forms, benefit enrollments, employee referral forms, etc.).Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED is required. An AA or BS degree is strongly preferred.1+ years providing in person and remote training to employee population.3+ years’ experience providing functional support in a human resources environment: Troubleshooting benefit and compensation questions, responding to unemployment claims, and conducting exit interviews.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and use of the Internet, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.Intermediate/ Proficient user with Microsoft Excel-performing Pivot tables, formula creation, data manipulation, VLOOKUPs, and demonstrated analytical skills.Experience with HCSS preferred.Ability to work in a matrixed environment with dotted lines to multiple managers in geographically dispersed locations.Ability to write reports and prepare business correspondences.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Excellent attention to detail, organizational, written oral communication skills, as well as solid customer relations skills are required.Ability to travel by car and plane 25% of the time for domestic travel.We offer a starting salary of $65,000 - $70,000 plus annual bonus, with career growth opportunities and a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Insurance, prescription drug coverage, 401k matching, tuition assistance, overtime pay, paid time off, and much more.Azuria is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
