They collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to define role requirements, build talent pipelines via social media and job boards, and ensure a positive candidate experience, Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, Extend offers, negotiate salary and terms, and manage the pre-employment process, Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), track recruiting metrics and status.Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
