As a Personal Lines Sales Executive, you will serve as a trusted advisor who helps individuals and families make confident decisions about protecting their homes, vehicles, personal assets, and financial well-being. This role blends relationship building, consultative sales, and insurance expertise to deliver personalized solutions that help clients navigate risk with confidence.

You will work closely with clients, prospects, and carrier partners to understand unique exposures, evaluate coverage options, and develop tailored insurance programs that meet individual needs. Whether supporting new prospects, growing existing relationships, or identifying cross-selling opportunities, your expertise will directly contribute to client satisfaction and agency growth.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, marketing initiatives, community engagement, and centers of influence.
• Consult with clients and prospects to identify risks, explain coverage options, and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
• Create compelling insurance proposals and deliver effective sales presentations that drive new business growth.
• Strengthen client relationships by identifying account rounding opportunities and connecting clients with additional products and services.
• Partner with carrier representatives to evaluate policy options and secure competitive coverage solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, applications, and client records within the Epic Agency Management System to support operational excellence.

What You BringDay One:

• 2+ years of experience in a business development or sales role
• Minimum of 1 year of experience within the Property & Casualty insurance industry
• Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, carrier partners, and colleagues
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Valuable Additions:

• Associate degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience working with Epic Agency Management System
• Proven success generating leads through referrals, networking, and relationship-building activities
• Experience presenting insurance proposals and consultative sales recommendations
• Passion for contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented insurance organization

Pay Range: Posted below*

*Any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with applicable state pay transparency laws, considering relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis. Roles may also be eligible for a supplemental compensation, such as performance-based bonus, commission, or equity. Specific eligibility will be discussed with Talent Acquisition team.
