We're looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service or sales experience who wants to build a long-term career in a growing company. In this role, you'll work with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, recommend the right products, and provide outstanding service. If you're a great communicator who enjoys learning new things, we'll provide the training you need to become a product expert. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings. Learn about our products and confidently recommend solutions based on customer needs. Respond to customer questions about products, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines. Prepare quotes and follow up with customers to ensure an excellent experience. Identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships. Conduct virtual product presentations when needed. Work closely with teammates to ensure customers receive exceptional service. Keep customer information up to date using our CRM system. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in customer service, inside sales, retail sales, account management, or another customer-facing role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organization and time management skills. Comfortable learning new products and explaining them to customers. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills. Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
