Collections Representative

*TEKsystems is hiring Delinquency Control Counselors to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!*
*Position:* Delinquency Control Counselor (Early Stage Collections)
*Job Description:*

* To control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days they are delinquency/early stages of collections, in accordance with all government and the Credit Union rules and regulations.
* To provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss.
*Skills & Qualifications*

* Call center production environment
* Auto-dialer making outbound calls and will receive in-bound calls
* Early stage collections (1-30 days late), 80-120+ calls per day
*Requirements:*

* High School Diploma
* 1-3 years of customer service experience (retail, sales, food service, banking)
* High speed cable or fiber optic internet required
* Communication skills
* Empathy for members
* Computer literate-ability to work with Excel, Office Word, Outlook
*Training Schedule: *Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (First 4 weeks)
*Schedule after training: *Monday - Saturday, (Sunday off and 1 weekday off), 11:30am - 8:00pm
*Pay: *$17/hour
*Location: *Pensacola, FL
*Work Environment: *Hybrid with 3 days per week onsite (if internet requirements are met)
