Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Long Term Care for an exciting travel assignment in Beaver Dam, WI. This role will be within a nursing home attached to a hospital, providing care for dementia patients, the elderly, and those undergoing rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Charting and assessments
• Performing charge duties and administering medications
• Utilizing clinical skills such as IVs, catheterization, and ostomy care
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team including therapy and social workers
• Maintaining a 1:20 nurse-to-patient ratio

Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Valid RN license
• BLS certification
• Experience working with elderly patients
