Salesforce Sales Cloud Business Analyst

Expert business analyst and data analyst with in depth knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Force.com packages (at least 4+ years of experience on project)
- Should be able to perform the BA and configuration tasks in salescloud
- Should be able to troubleshoot data issues in Salesforce, Tableau and Marketo
- Should be able to configure tableau dashboard (does not need to be expert)
- Should be able to configure Marketo Cloud
- Should be able to lead functional testing area strategically
- Must have worked in JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow as part of previous projects
- Soft Skills – Proactive, able to lead meetings and manage ambiguities.
