Sr. Field Training Manager, Market Access

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a senior field training manager to design and oversee market access training programs and curriculum. The role involves developing training materials, managing onboarding processes, coordinating national meetings, and partnering with leadership to enhance field team capabilities and product commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement multiple training curriculums and role-specific workshops for market access teams
• Lead onboarding of new market access personnel and coordinate across internal departments
• Develop and execute training components for national and regional sales meetings
• Manage external vendors and internal subject matter experts for training program delivery
• Recommend and implement new training delivery methods and approaches to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field plus 8+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
• Significant experience in internal pharmaceutical sales or market access roles (pharmacy, payer, patient access)
• Proven vendor management and contract negotiation experience
• Master's degree preferred with 6+ years similar experience as alternative
• Experience creating training materials and organizing curriculum for new market access teams
• Knowledge of life sciences training program landscape and best practices
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across functional stakeholders
