Senior Manager, HEOR - Endocrinology

Responsibilities
- Design and execute projects establishing disease burden and treatment health outcomes evidence
- Develop health economics content supporting commercial strategy and market access decisions
- Partner with clinical development, medical affairs, and brand teams on strategic initiatives
- Oversee vendor management and ensure budget, schedule, and performance requirement adherence
- Lead departmental policy development and tactical implementation through team oversight
Requirements
- MPH, MS in Health Outcomes/Economics, or related degree with 6+ years pharmaceutical HEOR experience
- PhD in Health Economics/Outcomes or PharmD with 4+ years similar pharmaceutical HEOR experience
- HEOR fellowship completion with research focus desired
- Managerial or functional management experience required
- Strong data analytics skills with claims and public dataset experience
- SAS or statistical programming proficiency; publication and medical writing experience
- Strategic thinking with cross-departmental visibility and project management abilities
Compensation: $154,500–$211,000 annual base salary
