Position / Specialty: CVOR RN Shift: 4X10s DAYS 630AM - 5PM On-Call REQ: Yes, 18 days of call in an 8 week period. Years of experience REQ: 2 Years First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: As needed Certs REQ: *Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license Required *BLS, ACLS - Required Floating Requirements: Traveler must be okay to float to the Main OR when no CVOR cases are scheduled. Blocked Scheduling: No Locals accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: Unit manager's approval required Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment. Special Requirements: *CVOR will also cover vascular. *Vascular call will be included within CVOR call. *The facility's preference are individuals who are willing to help train their core staff and be helping hands where needed. *CVOR RN must have OR experience Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): Teaching / Level I Trauma Total Staffed Beds: 268 Scrub Color: Scrubs are provided for CVOR RNs Charting: Cerner Parking Cost: Free Parking All employees are expected to adhere to the quality and patient safety standards established by the facility such as medication administration (BCMA).
