Alarm Monitoring & Dispatch Specialist
Guardian Alarm
Guardian Alarm is seeking a Monitoring Specialist to monitor signals from customer alarm systems and respond with accurate information to authorities. Dispatch police, fire, and medical responders to prevent injuries and property damage while notifying responsible parties of activations. You will also inform customers of trouble signals, communicate with internal and external customers, and handle calls with professionalism.
