Salary: $105,000 - 149,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• We are looking for 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• We need hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• We expect strong knowledge of insurance operations, including policy administration, claims handling, underwriting, and customer engagement.
• We require deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• We need experience integrating Salesforce with policy administration platforms, financial systems, and document management solutions.
• We expect a strong understanding of Salesforce security, compliance, and governance best practices.
• We require experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tooling such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
• Preferred: experience with OmniStudio, Einstein AI, and Marketing Cloud for customer engagement.
• Preferred: knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks and their effect on CRM design.
• Preferred: familiarity with MuleSoft and other middleware platforms for API integration.
• Preferred: strong background in data modeling and master data management (MDM) for financial services.
• Preferred: Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, FSC Accredited Professional, or CTA.

• We will lead the solution architecture and implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud tailored to the insurance sector.
• We will define end-to-end system architecture with scalability, loose coupling, and alignment to enterprise standards.
• We will leverage integration approaches such as event streaming, APIs, and ETL tools to consume and expose Salesforce data.
• We will design and maintain the data model for insurance-specific FSC objects, including policies, claims, financial accounts, and relationships.
• We will create solutions that integrate with policy administration systems, underwriting tools, claims platforms, and compliance systems.
• We will provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure best practices across Apex, LWC, and APIs.
• We will oversee configuration, customization, and integration work to maximize Salesforce declarative capabilities.
• We will promote automation through Flows, Einstein AI, and OmniStudio.
• We will ensure delivery quality through code reviews, design reviews, and architectural governance.
• We will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and insurance experts to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• We will advise on customer engagement, agent portals, self-service experiences, and digital transformation efforts.
• We will champion Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
• We will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and help shape enterprise direction and recommendations.
• We will define data migration strategies for transitions from legacy CRM or policy systems.
• We will implement secure API integrations with core insurance platforms, banking systems, and external services.
• We will work with enterprise data architects to maintain data consistency, reporting accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• We will ensure our solutions meet insurance regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, FINRA, KYC, and AML.
• We will implement role-based access, encryption, and controls to safeguard sensitive client and policyholder information.
• We will partner with compliance teams to align Salesforce capabilities with industry security requirements.
