The Opportunity We are looking for Risk Advisors to join our team in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This is a commercial insurance sales and business development role. Risk Advisors are responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and growing a book of commercial insurance business. Our goal is for Risk Advisors to become trusted resources to business owners and executives. That requires understanding how a client's business operates, identifying exposures, and recommending insurance and risk-management solutions that address their specific needs. We welcome both experienced insurance professionals and high-potential candidates from outside the industry . If you have the drive, business acumen, and ability to develop relationships, we can provide the insurance knowledge, mentorship, and training. What You'll Do Prospect for and develop new commercial insurance opportunities. Build relationships with business owners, executives, referral partners, and centers of influence. Meet with prospective clients to understand their businesses, goals, operations, and exposures. Identify coverage needs, gaps, and opportunities to better manage risk. Work with internal resources and insurance carriers to develop appropriate solutions. Present recommendations, negotiate, and close new business. Develop long-term client relationships and grow a sustainable book of business. Stay informed on commercial insurance products, carrier capabilities, market conditions, and emerging risks. Who We're Looking For We're looking for people who are ambitious, coachable, entrepreneurial, and motivated by results . You may already be a successful commercial insurance producer. You may come from B2B sales, financial services, banking, real estate, professional services, or another relationship-driven industry. You may also be earlier in your career and looking for an opportunity where your performance can directly influence your success. Strong candidates will bring: Confidence in meeting new people, developing relationships, and asking for business. A strong work ethic and internal drive to succeed. An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a growing organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Discipline in prospecting, pipeline management, and follow-through. Curiosity about business and an ability to understand client needs. Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities. Accountability for individual performance and results. A willingness to learn, be coached, and continuously improve. Commercial insurance experience is preferred but not required . A Texas Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to obtain the appropriate licensing. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Compensation & Growth This is a 100% commission-based position with no base salary and uncapped earning potential . The compensation structure is designed for people who are motivated by performance and want the ability to grow their income by developing a successful book of business.
