• Shift: 24-hour shifts (5-6 per month)
• Hours/Week: 120-144 hours (based on 5-6 shifts)

• License/Certs: CA Medical License, Board Certified in OB-GYN, BLS, ACLS, DEA
• Experience: 1 5 years preferred; delivery experience required

What You ll Do:

• Provide inpatient obstetric care in a busy Level 2 NICU hospital setting
• Manage approximately 13-14 deliveries per 24-hour shift, mainly vaginal with some C-sections
• Conduct patient rounds in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nursing, neonatology, and support staff
• Document care using EPIC electronic medical records
• Deliver high-quality obstetrical care with a focus on patient safety and positive outcomes
• Engage in holiday coverage and scheduled weekend shifts without on-call responsibilities

What You Need:

• Valid California Medical License / Active license application
• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Current BLS, ACLS, and DEA licenses
• Delivery experience required (200+ deliveries preferred)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
