Work Location: Remote (NYC Metro Area preferred; occasional onsite meetings and site visits 1–2 times per month) Interview Mode: Web / Virtual Hours: 40 hours per week Responsibilities Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance. Develop and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, increasing coordination across key initiatives. Perform market engagement activities including event planning, resource development, and partner coordination. Support business process improvements, continuous performance evaluation, and implementation of new strategies. Conduct data analysis to support program reporting, improvement, and new opportunity development. Assist in the creation of Program Opportunity Notices (PONs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Provide tracking and reporting support for new initiatives, ensuring accurate performance metrics. Collaborate across departments to refine and execute program rules, processes, and strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 7–10 years of experience in project or program management roles. Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and complex data analysis). Experience with IT systems such as NEIS, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Confluence. Professional Skills: Strong project management and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer relationship skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision. Experience facilitating continuous improvement of business processes and strategies. Familiarity with NYC real estate market and building decarbonization concepts is preferred. Equipment: Contractor must have their own computer, cell phone, and reliable high-speed internet access. Travel: Occasional travel required (approximately 1–2 days per month).
