What You’ll Do as a Recruiter Own the Process: Lead the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer acceptance Create Opportunity: Drive high-volume outbound activity to generate new client relationships and build strong talent pipelines Prospect & Engage: Identify and connect with top candidates through research, referrals, and strategic outreach Hit the Phones: Engage candidates and clients through phone-based outreach (comfort with dialing is essential) Build Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with clients and candidates that drive repeat business and lasting success Stay Organized: Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM activity and records What We Offer Recognition & Rewards: Join a performance-driven team that celebrates wins, big and small!
