Operations Performance & Process Improvement Specialist

State of Florida

The State of Florida is seeking an Operations Review Specialist in Jacksonville. This role, reporting to the Revenue Program Administrator, includes responsibilities in performance analysis, quality assurance, and strategic evaluations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Payment Processing operations and be currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
