Job Description

Johnson Service Group is seeking to hire multiple positions for Repair Technician I for a contract position for Day, Swing and Graveyard shifts that can go full time based on performance. This position will be troubleshooting and repairing servers. Day Shift Hours: 6:55 a.m. - 3:25 p.m. Payrate $25.50 per hour

Swing Shift: 3:45 p.m. - 12:15 a.m. Payrate $27.00 per hour

Graveyard: 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. Payrate $29.50

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and moderately complex troubleshooting of complex circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.

Job Skills:

• Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
• Effectively communicate and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing documentation.
• Knowledge of basic office applications, i.e., MS Office (Word, Excel) spreadsheets and databases.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of computer hardware.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues or failures and communicate findings in written form.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift, push, and or move up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand for a prolonged period.
• Ability to work on ladders.

Education and Experience:

• Typically requires 1-2 years of related experience.
• AS Computer Science and or equivalent experience in related field.
