For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $101,600 - $152,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Job Overview Schneider Electric is looking for a Project Manager in Building Automations to lead innovative projects that drive customer success. The role involves managing multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality and financial objectives. Responsibilities Manages resources by planning, scheduling and forecasting manpower and resource requirements Coordinates project in accordance with contract documents and approved sales estimate Manages all document control for projects, including RFIs, meeting minutes, punch lists, transmittal log, submittal log, change order log and issues log Prepares project billing revenue forecasts and schedules of values Review all estimates and change orders for accuracy and approve all team project submittals Accountable for financial management on all assigned projects Prepares installation subcontractor bidding documents and negotiates subcontracts Obtain, organize and maintain all project contract documents in accordance with Schneider Electric quality policy Prepares and updates project schedule and cost estimates Prepares and delivers final project documentation to the customer and collects payment Responsible for all customer‑facing communication Qualifications At least 3 years in a Project Management role and 5+ years in the controls industry Strong industry knowledge; strong customer service skills; understanding of contracting procedures and tactics relative to project correspondence, documentation, timely notice of claims, subcontract negotiation and administration Advanced understanding of HVAC control systems; ability to analyze control system drawings and schematics as well as knowledge of contract law, codes, standards and industry construction knowledge Strong leadership skills, including team leading and the ability to empower others through delegating responsibility Benefits Exciting opportunity with career advancement potential and upward mobility Excellent benefit package Opportunity to join one of our fastest growing business units Reporting To This position will report to the Program Manager.
