Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing + Digital Design Coordinator, senior staff, and Partners to support marketing, communications, and business development efforts. Responsibilities include: Coordinating with Partners and Project Managers on proposals and marketing initiatives Leading the coordination and production of proposals Developing and producing time-sensitive submissions and marketing collateral: brochures, presentations, awards, and qualification packages Maintaining project information database, project sheets, resumes, and brochure pages Writing and customizing text for submissions and marketing materials Assisting with client research and lead-finding Assisting with updates to the firm website, in coordination with the Marketing + Digital Design Coordinator Maintaining marketing calendars and logs Facilitating internal and external communications, including email blasts and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Related tasks as needed This is a hands-on role, requiring direct involvement in all marketing tasks. Strong communication, writing/editing, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Word/Excel/InDesign/PowerPoint are required. Only candidates with experience in the AEC industry will be considered. Must be detail oriented.
