Jane Staples is an award-winning State Farm Insurance Agent with a deep love for her community. Jane is passionate about making his clients feel like family. We're a tight-knit, fun-loving team that believes in hard work, but we also know how to have a good time while making a difference! What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping people : Provide exceptional service to clients, both new and existing – making sure they get the best coverage for their needs
- Building relationships : Use your bilingual skills (Spanish and English) to connect with a wide range of clients and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Selling with heart : Educate customers on our insurance products and how they help protect what matters most in their lives
- Keeping it real : Answer client questions, solve problems, and offer personalized insurance advice
- Having fun : Work in a supportive and vibrant team environment where every day brings something new!
- Bilingual? YES! Spanish and English skills are a must
- People person : You love meeting new people, chatting with customers, and building lasting relationships
- Motivated : You’re driven to succeed, and you love the challenge of sales (or you’re ready to learn!)
- Tech-savvy : Comfortable using digital tools to manage tasks and stay organized
- Positive attitude : You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a “can-do” approach to everything you do
- No insurance experience? No problem! We’ll train you to become an expert
