Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized nursing care tailored to each patient's needs.
- Develop and document care plans based on thorough assessments and diagnoses.
- Respond effectively to critical situations with appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications, including IV therapy, with accuracy.
- Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a safe environment and comply with infection control protocols.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Wisconsin Registered Nursing license.
- BLS certification is required or must be obtained within one month of hire.
- ACLS certification is required or must be obtained within six months of hire.
