$2,000 Employee Referral Bonus Early morning schedule for excellent work-life balance Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and 401(k) with company match What You'll Do Provide individual, group, and family counseling for patients receiving substance use disorder treatment Complete patient assessments, psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical documentation Conduct admissions, discharges, transfers, and ongoing patient evaluations Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health professionals to support patient recovery Facilitate therapeutic groups and provide patient education on addiction, recovery, and relapse prevention Maintain accurate documentation while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Qualifications Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, or a closely related behavioral health field required Eligible for Mississippi Level 4 Counselor certification (must apply within 90 days of hire) Experience in substance use disorder, addiction treatment, behavioral health, or mental health counseling is preferred but not required Strong communication, documentation, and patient engagement skills Passion for helping individuals achieve long-term recovery Join a team that values compassion, collaboration, and clinical excellence while making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
