Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Manager

• Lead all Back-of-House operations in a high-volume restaurant
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and food safety standards
• Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and labor expenses
• Hire, train, coach, and develop kitchen team members
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations
• Drive operational efficiency and restaurant profitability

Hospitality Manager

• Lead Front-of-House operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Coach and develop service team members
• Manage labor, scheduling, and daily restaurant operations
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain company standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and service
• Partner with kitchen leadership to maximize sales and operational performance

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of restaurant management experience with a stable work history
• Proven success managing high-volume restaurants generating approximately $4M–$6M+ in annual sales
• Experience with corporate full-service restaurant brands such as Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, Fridays, Texas Roadhouse , or similar concepts strongly preferred
• High-volume Fast Casual or QSR management experience will also be considered for candidates with excellent leadership, coachability, and long-term tenure
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, P&L, and restaurant profitability
• Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style and strong cultural fit
